Do I get a Boat Slip?
There are enough boat slips for everyone to have their own slip. The boat slips will accommodate boats ranging in size from 5 to 40 feet. There will be about 35 places for daytime and overnight tie ups of boats on a first come first serve basis and will not be permitted to one single boater. A large boat storage area is available.
What Kind of Utilities are Available?
The community has underground electric, public water, and a private sewer system. In addition there is high speed internet access and cable TV available.
Are the Townhomes Already Built?
There are a total of 80 townhomes built, which the majority are ready to move in to.
Can I buy more than one unit as an investment?
Yes, you are allowed to purchase multiple units as a speculative investment.
